Designed specifically for the multi-line franchise dealer, Performance Care Service Contracts offer a full range of coverage and term options for a broad spectrum of makes and models.



All Performance Care service contracts

We offer four levels of Performance Care, to meet your customers' needs and budget. Select any (or all) of the four plans for your businesses needs. Contracts include:

• No out-of-pocket expense on covered repairs once your customer meets the deductible
  
• If your customer breaks down away from home, we will pay the repair facility directly by credit card on covered repairs, regardless if you are at your local dealer or away from home.   
• Used vehicles have four choices of term/mileage combinations, from 3/3,000 to 48/48,000
• New and near-new vehicles have 12 choices of term/mileage combinations, from 48/36,000 to 72/100,000
• Extended eligibility on current plus four model years up to 50,000 miles
• Covered repair reimbursement up to $50,000
• Coverage up to $500 for emergency repairs completed on weekends, holidays, after hours
• Coverage begins at time-of-sale for all terms on New and Used vehicles
• Seals & gasket coverage on used vehicles up to 100,000 miles
• Standard $100 deductible per repair visit
• Towing reimbursement on covered repairs
• Rental car reimbursement while the vehicle is being repaired

Additional benefits*

• Trip Interruption Benefit for room and meal expense if customer breaks down away from home.
• Locksmith service for lost keys/lock out 
• Emergency roadside service for flat tire repairs, out-of-gas or dead battery

Optional Deductibles:

• Standard $100 deductible per repair visit regardless of the number of covered repairs performed
• Disappearing Deductible designed to bring customers back to the selling dealers service department by eliminating the customers deductible charge on selling dealer-performed repairs.
• $200 Deductible to reduce coverage cost
